Ticket Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations and ticket purchases for the Quest TEMi Awards Gala Dinner, presented by The Employee Mobility Institute (TEMi).

These Terms & Conditions are intended to support the smooth delivery of the Quest TEMi Awards Gala Dinner and provide clarity for all attendees. TEMi reserves the right to interpret these Terms reasonably and fairly, taking into account individual circumstances where appropriate.

1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST will be applied where applicable and shown separately during the checkout process unless otherwise stated.

Tickets may be purchased online by credit card or, where approved by TEMi, by tax invoice.

Payment must be received in full before tickets are confirmed unless alternative invoicing arrangements have been approved by TEMi.

Tickets remain the property of TEMi until full payment has been received.

2. Payment

Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issue or prior to the event, whichever occurs first.

TEMi reserves the right to cancel unpaid registrations or release reserved tickets where payment has not been received by the due date.

3. Member Pricing

Member ticket pricing is available only to current financial TEMi members at the time of purchase.

If a membership lapses after a ticket has been purchased, the ticket remains valid.

TEMi reserves the right to verify membership eligibility and adjust pricing where an incorrect ticket type has been selected.

4. Table Bookings

Organisations purchasing a table are asked to nominate a primary booking contact.

Final guest names, dietary requirements and any seating requests must be submitted no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event.

Where guest details have not been received by this date, TEMi reserves the right to finalise seating arrangements and event administration to ensure the smooth delivery of the event.

5. Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another person at no additional charge.

Requests to transfer a ticket must be received in writing no later than five (5) business days before the event to allow sufficient time to update attendee lists, dietary requirements and name badges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

  • More than thirty (30) days before the event: A full refund will be provided less a $95.00 administration fee per ticket.
  • Between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days before the event: A 50% refund may be provided at TEMi’s discretion.
  • Within fourteen (14) days of the event: No refunds will be issued.

Where possible, TEMi encourages ticket holders who can no longer attend to nominate a substitute attendee.

7. Event Changes

TEMi reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, speakers, entertainment, venue or schedule where necessary.

Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

8. Postponement or Cancellation

If the Quest TEMi Awards Gala Dinner is postponed due to circumstances beyond TEMi’s reasonable control, all purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new event date.

If TEMi is unable to proceed with the event and it is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered either:

  • a full refund of the ticket purchase price; or
  • the option to transfer the value of the ticket to the rescheduled event, if applicable.

TEMi is not responsible for travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred by attendees in connection with the event.

9. Dietary Requirements

TEMi will make every reasonable effort to accommodate dietary requirements provided during registration.

Dietary requirements must be submitted no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the event. Requests received after this time cannot be guaranteed, as final catering numbers and dietary requirements must be confirmed with the venue.

10. Accessibility

Attendees requiring accessibility assistance are encouraged to advise TEMi during registration so that reasonable arrangements can be made wherever possible.

11. Photography and Recording

The Quest TEMi Awards Gala Dinner is a public professional event.

Photography, video and audio recordings may be taken throughout the event and used by TEMi for marketing, promotional, educational and reporting purposes across print, digital and social media channels.

If you do not wish to appear in event photography or video, please notify a member of the TEMi team upon arrival. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your request, this cannot be guaranteed in all group photographs or general event footage.

12. Professional Conduct

The Quest TEMi Awards Gala Dinner is a professional industry event. All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests, sponsors, presenters, venue staff and event personnel.

TEMi reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any attendee whose behaviour is unlawful, unsafe, disruptive or inconsistent with the values of The Employee Mobility Institute. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.

13. Privacy

TEMi collects personal information necessary to administer registrations, communicate with attendees and deliver the event.

By registering, attendees consent to receiving communications relating to the event and other relevant TEMi activities, in accordance with the TEMi Privacy Policy.

Personal information will only be disclosed to third-party service providers where necessary for the delivery of the event or where required by law.
