These Terms and Conditions incorporate and must be read together with the details outlined on the website at temiaward.com.au. Information about the Quest TEMi Awards and how to enter forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is The Employee Mobility Institute [referred to as TEMI] (ABN 76 600 203 869), trading as TEMi and Quest TEMi Awards, PO Box 5153, Frankston South, Victoria, Australia. The Awards are officially named the Quest TEMi Awards as part of a naming rights sponsorship arrangement with Quest Apartment Hotels. TEMi remains responsible for the operation, administration, and independent judging of the Quest TEMi Awards program.
1. ENTRY PERIOD
1.1 Entries open on 15th May 2026 and close at midnight (AEST) 23rd August 2026.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Organisation Awards
Companies or organisations registering must be operating in the Oceania region during the Entry Period (Organisation).
b. The Organisation must own the intellectual property (IP) of the Initiative/Program.
c. You must be an authorised representative of the Organisation to submit the entry form on behalf of that Organisation.
d. The initiative/solution must have been applied and/or impacted the Oceania mobile workforce.
2.2 Individual Awards
Entrants are individuals who work in the global workforce management industry and any related disciplines during the nomination period.
b. Individuals must have played a substantial role in the development, delivery, or impact of the initiative or program being submitted. Entrants must obtain appropriate permission from their employer and may be asked to provide confirmation of their involvement if requested
2.3 Sponsor Involvement
Quest Apartment Hotels, as naming rights sponsor, is not involved in the selection process and is not eligible to receive awards. There may, however, be award categories where Quest representatives nominate others, and these will be judged independently
NOMINATION TYPES
3.1 Self-Nominations
Individuals, teams or organisations are welcome to submit an entry on their own behalf. In these cases, the entrant is also the nominee and will be recognised as the recipient if selected as the winner.
The person submitting the entry must have the authority to do so and must be able to demonstrate meaningful involvement in the initiative, project, or program described in the submission.
3.2 Third-Party Nominations
In addition to self-nomination, individuals or organisations may nominate another person, team, or organisation—for example, a supplier, customer, industry partner, or another professional entity that has contributed meaningfully to the mobility space.
If nominating someone outside your own organisation, the nominator is responsible for completing the entire application, responding to all criteria in detail, and providing the contact details of the nominee.
All third-party nominations are subject to approval by the nominated individual, team, or organisation. The Promoter will contact the nominee to confirm their willingness to participate prior to the judging stage. If the nominee chooses to opt out, the entry will be withdrawn from consideration.
The individual, team, or organisation being nominated will be considered the award recipient if selected by the judges. The nominator’s contribution may be acknowledged where relevant in supporting materials or event coverage.
3.3 Joint Nominations
In cases where the award application relates to an action, project, initiative, or innovation delivered collaboratively (e.g. between a service provider and a client), the application may be submitted jointly by both parties. Both parties will be acknowledged in the application and form part of the judging process.
3. ENTRY / SUBMISSIONS
4.1 To enter, you must, during the Entry Period:
a. Submit the application in one of the three ways – a written or self-recorded video application using the Quest TEMi Awards portal or a one-on-one recorded interview available upon request by contacting support@temitalent.com.au.
b. Answer all selection criteria questions specific to the relevant Award selection criteria.
c. Entry is free.
4.2 Entries must be received during the Entry Period. Your entry is deemed to be received only when received by TEMi and/or the Promoter’s database confirms receipt. The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks.
4.3 At its discretion, the Promoter may accept an entry or (in consultation with the entrant) change the category of an entry following the end of the Entry Period (but before judging begins).
4.4 You warrant that your entry does not breach any third-party rights and its use by the Promoter or any other person will not breach any law. Your entry must not contain content that is obscene, offensive, malicious, discriminatory, indecent, or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by the Promoter.
4.5 If there is any dispute regarding an entry, including in relation to the ownership, originality and rights of a program, the Promoter will determine in its absolute discretion whether to allow the entry to continue.
4.6 You must ensure your entry does not contain any virus, malware or other malicious or inappropriate computer code or material.
4.7 The Promoter is not liable for entries, claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible, or incorrectly submitted.
5. WITHDRAWALS
5.1 If an entrant wishes to withdraw an entry, they must do so in writing to the Quest TEMi Awards manager at support@temitalent.com.au before the closing date being 23rd August 2026.
6. JUDGING
6.1 This is a game of skill. A judging panel appointed by the Promoter will review each valid entry and will judge the entries in accordance with the criteria specified. Chance plays no part in how the finalists or winners are selected.
6.2 Judging will be conducted in multiple stages and will be based solely on the information provided in your entry.
6.3 The shortlist recipients will be announced on or around the 29th September, 2026.
6.4 Announcement of the Quest TEMi Awards winners will take place at the Quest TEMi Awards Ceremony. Inability to attend the event does not disqualify entry. The Promoter will not provide financial assistance to attend.
6.5 Representatives of the Promoter may contact you and/or your referee/s at any time during the Entry Period or judging process.
6.6 The Promoter’s (and/or the Judging Panel) decision in connection with all aspects of this Award Program is final.
6.7 All shortlisted award finalists will be notified in person of their shortlisting prior to the Quest TEMi Awards Ceremony. Award winners will be announced at the Quest TEMi Awards Ceremony and may also be contacted by phone or in writing. Winning entries may be published online and in other official communications.
6.8 Entrants may be required to provide further detail or information regarding their entry if requested by the Promoter.
7. RECOGNITION AND PRIZES
Quest TEMi Award recipients will receive recognition and a trophy as specified by the Promoter. Additional prizes may be donated by Quest TEMi Awards sponsor organisations. Prizes are awarded at the sole discretion of the Promoter. These may include trophies, certificates, and sponsor-donated items.
8. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
8.1 The Promoter may use (or allow others to use) high-level details about your entry (e.g. project name, your name, your Organisation’s name, logo, video explaining the program etc) to publicise the finalists and winners of the Quest TEMi Awards. These rights are perpetual, royalty-free, world-wide, irrevocable and transferable.
8.2 All judges, staff of the Promoter and volunteers will be required to enter confidentiality agreements in which they undertake to keep details of all entries confidential.
8.3 If your entry includes any photograph or video, you must have obtained appropriate consent from any individuals included, including from parents/guardians for minors.
8.4 Entry into this competition will not affect the ownership of any IP. Entrants are responsible for taking any steps necessary to protect their IP. TEMI is not liable for any loss of rights.
8.5 All entrants and recipients must take part in promotional activity as required by the Promoter without compensation.
8.6 The Promoter may collect your personal information to conduct the Awards Program and may disclose it to agents/contractors (including overseas). The Promoter’s Privacy Policy (https://www.questtemiawards.com.au/privacy-policy/) outlines how to access, correct or complain about misuse of your personal data.
8.7 You may be asked to opt-in to share your data with external parties. By doing so, you consent to ongoing communication from those third parties.
9. GENERAL
9.1 If you or your entry is deemed to breach these Terms and Conditions, your entry may be disqualified. The Promoter may require documentation to validate your entry.
9.2 You must not tamper with the entry/judging process, breach any laws, or behave inappropriately in a way that may damage the Promoter’s reputation.
9.3 Behaviour: While attending the Quest TEMi Awards Ceremony, if you (or your companions) are intoxicated, offensive or disruptive, the Promoter may invalidate your entry and restrict your participation. Breaches may result in disqualification of all entries.
9.4 Photography: Your image will be captured during the Ceremony and may be used in promotional materials by TEMI and Quest Apartment Hotels for lawful purposes.
10. LIABILITY
10.1 If the Quest TEMi Awards Program or Ceremony cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may cancel, modify, or suspend the event or disqualify affected entries.
10.2 These Terms do not affect any consumer rights under Australian law.
10.3 Subject to 10.2, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, illness or damage connected to the Awards Program except where liability cannot be excluded.
10.4 This Awards Program is not endorsed or managed by any social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram. You release those platforms from any liability related to this Program.
10.5 Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements: Guests attending the Quest TEMi Awards Ceremony are responsible for notifying the Promoter of any dietary requirements or food allergies at the time of registration or when requested. While the Promoter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these needs in coordination with venue providers and caterers, it cannot guarantee that any food or beverage served will be completely free from allergens (including, but not limited to, nuts, gluten, dairy, or shellfish). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for allergic reactions or other adverse health outcomes resulting from the consumption of food or beverages at the event.
