Travel + Leisure Co: Internal Mobility Pathway

Travel + Leisure Co. is a global travel and hospitality organisation with resort and leisure operations across Australia and international markets. Through Club Wyndham South Pacific, the organisation operates a network of destinations and member experiences, supported by a workforce spanning hospitality, resort operations, sales and customer service across metropolitan, regional and remote locations. 

Award submission
The submission focused on using Travel + Leisure’s existing global workforce to fill hard-to-source roles across regional and remote Australian properties. Employees with relevant experience were identified across international operations and relocated into critical roles, creating a repeatable internal mobility pathway that connected talent supply across the group with workforce demand in locations facing persistent skills shortages.
