Toll Group’s collaborative efforts in delivering the Assisted Passage contract have earned them a place as a finalist for the Mobility Team of the Year Award. This ambitious project involved extensive co-ordination across internal functions and external stakeholders, including the management of international recruitment, compliance with complex taxation and immigration laws, and the setup of new legal entities.

The team’s innovative approach to talent mobility enabled the successful execution of the project, which supported the Department of Home Affairs’ Refugee and Humanitarian Program. Leveraging expertise from HR, mobility, and finance, Toll delivered customised relocation services and case management, overcoming logistical challenges to expand into new international markets while providing critical support to vulnerable populations.
