The submission focused on a transformation of ResMed’s mobility operating model led by Global Head of Mobility, Jovina Rasiah. The programme moved from multiple providers and internally managed processes to a more centralised service and technology platform, consolidating assignment briefings, employee communications and relocation services while improving data, cost-projection capability and the level of support available to assignees.
