ResMed Global Mobility Team

Led by Jovina Rasiah (Global Head of Mobility) and Donna Mufida (Manager, Global Mobility), with Angela Wong, Shamie Selvanathan and Stanley Alphans, ResMed’s Global Mobility & People Shared Services team worked as one, partnering closely with the PSS and People Systems teams to co-design SOPs, training and clear workflows that lifted day-to-day delivery. They rebuilt initiation through mandatory Workday e-forms and a structured review step to reduce rework and errors, while expanding PSS ownership across core mobility processes to free the mobility leads for higher-value work. The result: a smoother, more consistent employee experience and measurable gains, including ~USD 53k annual savings from the PSS transition, additional automation and training efficiencies, and 92% satisfaction (4.6/5) from mobile employees. This submission stood out for exemplary cross-functional teamwork that translated into scalable SOPs, cost efficiency and a clear uplift in employee experience
