Qantas: International Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Workforce Mobility Program

Qantas is Australia’s national carrier, operating a broad domestic and international network supported by a large operational workforce across aviation, engineering and customer service. Ongoing fleet investment and network growth have increased demand for specialist engineering capability, including Aircraft Maintenance Engineers across locations in Australia. 

Award submission
The submission focused on Qantas’s international Aircraft Maintenance Engineer workforce mobility programme, delivered in partnership with Crown World Mobility. The initiative combined international recruitment with early employee preparation, tailored housing guidance, relocation support and integrated governance to help engineers and their families relocate efficiently and transition into critical engineering roles across Australia.
