The myMobility platform integrated Assignment Management, Immigration, Tax, and Payroll services into a single, user-friendly interface, providing real-time access to critical information while automating workflows. This centralised approach has revolutionised Orica’s global mobility program by enhancing data security and reducing risks associated with traditional email-based information sharing. Improved compliance and advanced data analytics have facilitated better decision-making, ensuring that the organisation can respond effectively to the complexities of international assignments.

Moreover, myMobility fostered seamless collaboration between HR, Payroll, and mobile employees by simplifying document access, including assignment letters, visa statuses, and cost projections.
