Natasha Wilson, Senior People Specialist, Arup

Natasha Wilson is a Senior People Specialist at Arup, specialising in international mobility across Asia Pacific. With more than eight years’ experience across Arup and EY, she supports international assignments, policy development and cross-border workforce solutions. Having lived and worked in the Netherlands, Natasha brings first-hand mobility experience to her focus on people-centred programmes, employee wellbeing and global talent development.

Natasha’s submission focused on recognising the human impact of relocation, not just the logistics. When an assignee’s child was anxious about moving overseas, support was tailored to the family’s circumstances. This allowed concerns to be addressed early, helping the family approach the move with greater familiarity, confidence and reassurance throughout the transition.
