Natasha Wilson — Senior International Mobility Specialist

Natasha used a rare in-house international assignment to Europe to build global consistency and elevate mobility’s role across regions. She introduced standard ways of working, upskilled managers on setting assignment objectives, improved pre-departure and repatriation planning, and streamlined duplication between people and payroll teams. As Arup kicked off its “Mobility Reimagined” transformation, Natasha stepped into project management, stood up a unified global initiation process that feeds an online planning tool, and ran interactive workshops with TA, Finance/Payroll and People teams to demystify mobility and co-create clearer roles. Grounded in her own assignment experience, she embedded inclusive language, centralised resources, and maintained ongoing check-ins with relocating employees—turning lived empathy into better policy and practice. The result: stronger regional partnerships, smoother processes, and a visible shift from back-office function to strategic business partner.
