EY – Oceania Assignment Services Team

EY’s Oceania Assignment Services Team brings together mobility professionals across Australia, New Zealand and India to support international assignments, permanent transfers, business travel, remote work and cross-border talent programmes. The multidisciplinary team combines local expertise with global delivery capability across relocation, tax, payroll, immigration and assignment management, supporting employees and organisations throughout the mobility lifecycle. 

Award submission
The team’s submission focused on the EY Mobility Experience Lead model, which gives each mobile employee a dedicated professional accountable across the assignment lifecycle. By connecting relocation, immigration, tax, payroll and assignment management around one relationship, the model replaces fragmented provider hand-offs with coordinated support, clearer accountability and earlier identification of risks and dependencies.
