Egis Group

Amid rapid growth and eight acquisitions in seven years, Egis reshaped mobility to protect talent continuity and accelerate project delivery. The team introduced a coordinated model spanning technology (DocuSign approvals, SmartRecruiters for global visibility, payroll harmonisation, EARTH ERP for HR/finance reporting), acquisition integration (visa-holder due diligence, policy harmonisation, rapid system onboarding) and internal career movement via the “Inside-Move Program.” Practical visa strategies brought niche offshore skills into Australian rail and driverless-train projects, while early talent mapping supported retention plans. Results included a four-fold rise in global moves in 12 months, decreased rolling attrition (21.2%→15.3%), internal fills now 10% of hires, and stronger engagement participation. Skills and mobility preferences to power succession and deployment. The submission stood out for its end-to-end design—linking M&A playbooks, compliance, systems and talent pathways.
