AussieOS’s submission focused on adapting traditional relocation services to the realities of internationally recruited workforces and Australia’s housing shortage. Its model combines relocation support with employer-subsidised shared housing, culturally informed household management and settlement assistance, helping newly arrived employees establish stability, build rental history and move towards more independent housing as their circumstances evolve.
