Arup – International Mobility Team – APAC

Arup’s APAC International Mobility Team supports the movement of specialist expertise, leadership development and knowledge sharing across a newly integrated region spanning Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia and East Asia. Working across mobility, talent and business stakeholders, the team helps connect workforce capability with project needs while supporting employee development and cross-regional collaboration. 

Award submission
The team’s submission focused on the Connecting APAC Program, a structured short-term assignment model created following the integration of Arup’s APAC region. Employees undertook cross-border assignments on real projects, supported by regional funding, assignment planning, buddy support and shared governance, connecting capability needs with career development while strengthening relationships and collaboration across the region.
