APM’s submission focused on transforming internal mobility under the leadership of Internal Mobility Lead Cherie Rogers. The initiative combined personalised career coaching with Career Pathways, a skills-based career development platform, alongside new policy, governance and recruitment workflows designed to give employees greater visibility of opportunities and more structured support to grow their careers within APM.
