Transformation in Workforce Mobility Award

Recognising organisations that have improved how workforce mobility operates within their organisation.

This award celebrates initiatives that introduce new approaches, systems, or processes to enhance how employees move, work, or are supported across locations. It focuses on operational improvements to mobility—rather than individual hiring or relocation outcomes.

As organisations respond to changing workforce needs, many are rethinking how talent mobility is managed to better support organisational capability, regional growth and international expansion. This may include updating policies, introducing new technologies, or improving governance and processes to strengthen how mobility is delivered, experienced, and integrated within the organisation.

Successful entries will demonstrate how an initiative has delivered meaningful improvement to how workforce mobility is managed, delivered, or experienced.

Organisations of any size across corporate, government, education, healthcare, and not-for-profit sectors are encouraged to apply.

  • Workforce mobility processes or initiatives supporting organisational growth or expansion.
