Recipients of this award have demonstrated leadership, insight, and dedication in strengthening talent mobility practices. Their contribution may span organisational leadership, industry influence, professional development, or thought leadership that has helped shape how talent mobility is understood and delivered.
This may include contributions such as:
- Advancing talent mobility practices or strategy.
- Contributing to professional education or industry knowledge.
- Demonstrating leadership within the talent mobility profession.
- Mentoring or supporting the development of other professionals.
- Shaping industry dialogue, standards, or practices.
The recipient may come from any sector contributing to the talent mobility profession, including corporate employers, government, education, healthcare, not-for-profit organisations, or professional services and advisory firms.
What matters most is the depth, longevity and influence of the individual’s contribution to the profession.
Eligibility Requirements
Typically awarded to individuals with 15 or more years of contribution to the talent mobility profession or related fields.
Recipients will demonstrate significant and sustained influence through their work, their contribution to the talent mobility profession and their impact on others within the industry.
Selection Process
This award is presented by TEMi in recognition of a sustained and meaningful contribution to the talent mobility profession.
TEMi welcomes nominations from industry peers and members who wish to recognise an individual whose impact has shaped the profession over time.
