Modern organisations rely on strong collaboration across functions to attract, move, and support talent across locations. This may include collaboration supporting organisational growth, international expansion, workforce establishment, or regional scaling initiatives.

Teams may include professionals from Talent Acquisition, People & Culture, Global / Talent Mobility, HR, Finance, Legal, Immigration, Tax, Risk, or other operational functions who have collaborated to address a shared challenge or opportunity.

Successful entries will demonstrate how collaboration enabled the team to deliver improved workforce capability, employee experience, or organisational outcomes.

Examples of Eligible Initiatives

Examples may include

• International recruitment initiatives.
• Supporting workforce establishment or operational growth across new locations or regions
• Relocation or talent mobility programs.
• Workforce deployment across locations or projects.
• Process improvements supporting global talent.
• Cross-border hiring or onboarding initiatives.

Examples may include initiatives delivered within a function or across multiple teams.

Entries may represent initiatives of any scale. What matters most is the strength of collaboration and the measurable impact achieved together.

Eligibility Requirements

Open to internal teams from corporate, government, education, healthcare, or not-for-profit organisations.

Teams may include members from:

• Talent Acquisition.
• People & Culture / HR.
• Global Mobility.
• Immigration, tax, or legal functions.
• Finance or payroll.
• Risk or compliance.
• Other operational or workforce functions.

Entries must demonstrate collaboration across teams and measurable workforce, employee, or organisational outcomes.

Judges welcome submissions that demonstrate how different functions worked together to solve a workforce challenge, improve employee experience, or strengthen the organisation’s ability to attract, move, or support talent.

What Judges Are Looking For

Judges will be seeking entries that demonstrate:

• Strong collaboration within a team and/or across multiple teams or functions.
• A clearly defined workforce, organisational, or growth-related challenge or opportunity addressed by the team
• Effective and practical problem-solving approaches.
• Measurable outcomes that improved workforce capability, employee experience, or operational effectiveness.

Successful entries will clearly show how collaboration enabled outcomes that would not have been possible through individual efforts alone.
