This award celebrates a successful partnership between an organisation and an external partner that has worked together to address a workforce or talent challenge.
Across today’s workforce ecosystem, organisations often collaborate with specialist partners to help them attract, hire, move, or support talent across locations, including during periods of organisational growth, workforce expansion, or international operations.
When these partnerships are built on trust, shared expertise, and aligned goals, they can deliver meaningful outcomes for organisations and employees.
The Excellence in Strategic Partnership Award recognises collaborations where organisations have worked closely together to design and deliver an initiative that strengthened how talent is attracted, deployed, or supported.
Successful entries will demonstrate how the partnership combined expertise from both organisations to solve a workforce challenge, improve employee experience, or deliver measurable organisational outcomes.
Examples may include partnerships involving:
- Recruitment or workforce solutions.
- Immigration or relocation support.
- Supporting workforce establishment or expansion into new locations or markets
- Labour hire or Employer of Record services.
- Technology or workforce platforms.
- Advisory or compliance expertise.
- Other services supporting workforce mobility or talent deployment.
What matters most is the strength of the collaboration and the impact achieved together.
Eligibility Requirements
- Entries must represent a collaboration between an organisation and an external partner.
- Submissions may be led by either organisation involved in the partnership. The partner organisation should be acknowledged in the submission and aware of the nomination.
- Partnerships may involve organisations working together to address workforce challenges related to attracting, hiring, deploying, or supporting talent.
Examples of Eligible Initiatives
Organisations do not need to submit a large-scale transformation.
Entries should focus on a specific initiative, program, or project delivered through collaboration between the organisations.
Examples may include:
- Implementing a new workforce or mobility program.
- Improving relocation or onboarding experiences for employees.
- Introducing innovative workforce solutions through collaboration.
- Strengthening compliance or governance processes.
- Developing new approaches to addressing workforce challenges.
Judges’ welcome submissions that demonstrate how collaboration between organisations delivered meaningful outcomes.
What Judges Are Looking For
Judges will be seeking entries that demonstrate:
- A strong collaborative relationship between the organisations.
- A clearly defined workforce challenge or opportunity addressed through the partnership.
- Effective integration of expertise from both organisations.
- Measurable outcomes that improved workforce capability, employee experience, or operational effectiveness.
Successful entries will highlight how the partnership delivered outcomes that would not have been possible through either organisation working independently.
