Award Categories and Awards Titles

Applying for an award is easy.  You can respond to the selection criteria in a written format. Don’t stress, we offer hints to stimulate your thought process.  Or if you find it more convenient, feel free to submit a video application.  The decision is entirely yours! Simply navigate to the TEMi Awards platform and proceed as guided by the prompts.

This really depends on the award. There are individual and organisational awards.

In the event you are applying for an award for your organisation, yourself, the team you work with or a direct report – you (the nominator) should register and complete the application.

In the event you are nominating someone else for an award, you should complete the application on their behalf and let us know if the person you are nominating knows about the nomination.

If you are part of a joint submission (ie: you are applying in partnership with another entity) you should discuss with your collaboration partner who is best placed to submit the application. A representative from either your organisation or your collaborating partner should then register and complete the application.

Absolutely! There are no limits to the number of awards you can apply for, and it is free to apply!

Visit the TEMi Awards platform, start your application (you can save a draft at any time) and then apply for another award.  Once you are happy with your draft applications, simply ‘submit’ and you are done!

Yes. To select a winner the judging panel will consider how well you have answered the key selection criteria. Each award has different selection criteria. You can find the selection criteria in the application portal at TEMi Awards platform.

If you are submitting a video application – you should aim for no more than 3 minutes per question.
For written applications, 750 words per selection criteria is ample.

If you feel your application requires further evidence there is an option for you to upload supporting documents such as presentations, reports, testimonials, or other pertinent information that will help answer the selection criteria.

Yes. All Quest TEMi Awards submissions are treated as confidential and are not published or made publicly accessible.

Access to submission content is limited to the TEMi Awards administrators, the judges assigned to assess the relevant submission, and individuals involved in the administration, moderation or governance of the judging process. All judges are required to agree to TEMi’s confidentiality requirements, including signing a non-disclosure agreement.

If you are selected as a finalist, TEMi may publicly announce your name and organisation, including on Quest TEMi Awards and TEMi channels and in information provided to relevant media outlets.

A short high level overview of the submission may also be included in the Quest TEMi Awards evening programme to provide context about the work, initiative or achievement being recognised.

Where an entrant or their organisation requires communications approval for externally published content, TEMi can provide this overview for review and approval prior to publication.

No. TEMi does not provide media outlets or other external parties with Award submissions or confidential information contained within them.

Entrants should nevertheless use appropriate judgement when including commercially sensitive, personal or otherwise confidential information in an Award submission.
