Andrea Peters is an accomplished global mobility professional with over 20 years’ experience spanning international relocations, expatriate management, employee benefits, and personnel logistics across the resources and energy sectors.

Currently serving as Relocation & Benefits Advisor at Mineral Resources, Andrea brings practical expertise in mobility programme design, preferred supplier management, policy development, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Her extensive career includes coordinating complex inpatriate entitlements, international visa compliance, and workforce mobilisation on landmark projects including the Prelude FLNG Project, making her a trusted authority in delivering seamless global mobility outcomes across geographically dispersed environments.

Andrea’s broad industry perspective, hands-on operational experience, and commitment to excellence make her exceptionally well-placed to evaluate and recognise outstanding achievement across the global mobility profession as a member of the Employee Mobility Institute Awards judging panel.

With an initial career in individual cross boarder and employer tax obligations, Celia brings over 15 years of experience in global mobility across the Asia Pacific region and is currently the Global Mobility Manager (APAC) at Atlassian.

Celia’s background spans the full spectrum of the mobility life cycle, with a particular focus on immigration compliance, cross-border taxation, and strategic policy design. Her career is defined by a commitment to aligning mobility programs with broader business objectives, ensuring that global transitions serve as a seamless extension of the talent acquisition and retention strategy.

Daniel Rossignoli is a Global Mobility leader with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex workforce mobility solutions across global organisations. As Manager of Global Mobility at BHP, he leads the end‑to‑end movement of top talent, driving strategy, governance, and operational excellence across domestic and international programs. He is known for building high‑performing, customer‑centric functions that balance compliance with employee experience, and has transformed BHP’s mobility model through process and technology integration.

Previously a Director at EY, Daniel led large cross‑border teams supporting major clients. He is recognised for translating business needs into practical mobility strategies and developing high‑performing teams.

Eva manages the Global Mobility program at Westpac and brings over 20 years’ industry experience to her role. Eva worked for many years in professional services, specialising in expatriate taxation and managing the expatriate tax programs for numerous corporate clients. Since transitioning to a Global Mobility role with Westpac, Eva’s focus has been on improving the international relocation experience for employees, while also managing the tax, immigration and compliance risk across various jurisdictions. Having grown up in an expat family, Eva understands the difficulties faced by relocating employees and is passionate about improving their experience, while also managing the associated risks.

Jon leads the Crown World Mobility business in Australia and brings 25+ years of mobility experience across Europe, ASIA and of course here in Australia. Jon has worked onsite in over 40 countries, and his career includes 15 years in the Big 4 specializing in expat comp and broader program strategy, the highlight being winning an innovation award for the design and development of a mobility technology workflow solution.

Nicky is an accomplished HR and International Mobility leader with over 25 years’ experience across HR, recruitment, and global mobility. She has worked with multinational organisations in Defence, Oil & Gas, and Telecommunications, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic workforce outcomes. With expertise spanning more than 180 countries, she specialises in expatriate tax, immigration, and cross-border employment.

Nicky is known for delivering compliant, efficient, and people-centric mobility solutions. She drives cost efficiencies through policy optimisation, vendor management, and data-led decisions, while simplifying frameworks and leveraging technology to enhance processes, scalability, and employee experience.

Nicola is a senior Global Mobility and Strategic Talent leader with experience designing and delivering mobility programs that enable critical capability and leadership needs. He specialises in moving organisations from ad‑hoc mobility to structured, sustainable models aligned to workforce strategy. Alongside Global Mobility, Nicola leads Early Careers and talent pipeline initiatives, including internships, student placements and graduate programs. He partners closely with business, tax, legal and finance teams to manage risk, control cost and deliver practical people solutions that support long‑term growth.

Rowena Fagen is a senior Global Mobility leader with over 20 years’ experience across People & Culture in multinational organisations within legal, medical technology, and healthcare sectors. She specialises in designing and delivering global mobility strategies that enable organisations to effectively deploy and retain talent across borders.

With expertise spanning global mobility, talent acquisition, reward, and HR leadership, she brings a holistic, commercially aligned approach to workforce strategy. Currently Senior Mobility Manager at Mallesons, Rowena is a trusted advisor, delivering scalable, compliant, and people-centred solutions that support organisational growth and performance.

Sandi has over 20 years of experience in Global Mobility. Her career started at PwC in Sydney, where she specialised in expat tax – predominantly US tax. She had the opportunity to go on secondment to London and Singapore. In 2019, she decided to make the switch to an in-house GM role first at Uber and she is now a Mobility Product Manager at Google. She looks after the assignment and tax pillars and more recently is focused on business travel compliance and supporting accelerated growth in the APAC region.
